Product Manager

Responsibilities

- Define product vision and roadmap for modern digital lending platforms and more.

- Lead a team of product owners/managers in methodical execution and delivery.

- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders ranging from business, operations, and engineering.

- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solutions around process improvement and product innovation.

- You will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, to successfully launch products that can be disruptive in their own way.

- Build next-generation internal and external products that help scale business. Focus on maximizing user productivity and quality of user experience.

- Participate with engineering teams to influence quality checks, design, and architecture.

Requirements

- 6 to 10 years of product development experience; especially in launching successful MVPs to the market with a good understanding of e-commerce, payments, and lending business.

- Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Digital lending solutions such as LOS, LMS, Collections, etc.

- Ability to work and participate in engineering discussions and influence direction.

- Owning of product roadmap and delivery of product features in an agile environment.

- Experience in leading FinTech partnerships and integrations.

- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
