Skills and Experience

- BE/B.Tech with at least 5 years- experience working as a Product Owner in a technology environment

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Good understanding of technology, language and applications

- Proven ability to define a set of requirements that identifies business challenges and technical & business changes required to address them

- Ability to think creatively and work based on MVP deliverable mindset.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies; and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

Also, supporting others through change and having the willingness to enable changes to take place in the most productive way
