Job Title: Product Manager II

Job Description:

- Understand goals to work closely with the engineers and managers across the organization drive product features based on loose requirements to evolve the product.

- Create detailed user stories using a combination of tools and techniques to convey the meaning of the requirement concisely and accurately.

- Act as a bridge between the end user and the Engineers to ensure that the meaning and intent of the user story is retained through a sprint.

- Provides the engineering team with definition, clarification, and acceptance of features.

- Build, prune and maintain the backlog.

- Provide clarification as necessary to assist the Engineering team with their story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing, and drafting the specific objectives for the upcoming sprint.

- Exceptional critical thinking skills - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and social skills.

- Aptitude to rank product development in an efficient way.

- Tremendous sense of design and would be good to drive product building based on design thinking.

- Good understanding of web technologies and their evolution.

Desirable:

- Experience with Fintech industry

- Good understanding of web technologies and their evolution

Experience Range: 4 - 6 years of Product Management Experience

Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.B.A. from top tier school.
