Key roles:

- Design product strategy, prioritize features and help build the product roadmap.

- Study and deeply understand venture capital & private equity fund operations and translate PE/VC concepts to design new product logic.

- Participate in sales & client meetings to gain insights into the product & user experience.

- Craft the feature requirement document to convey objectives for new features. This could involve:

- Applying your learning and expert analysis skills to build spreadsheet models

- Designing modern and easy to use screens and user experiences.

- Building user workflows via flowcharts

- Interface with the development team to build and release new features.

- Manage the release of new products or new features.

Domain Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Excel (look-up's, pivot tables, sumif's)

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Knowledge and strong interest in private markets and venture capital funds.

- Outstanding project management skills.

Personal Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.

- Ability to work independently with little help. Ability to work in a team.

- Capability to parallel work on multiple projects.

- Natural comfort with risk management.

- Strong quantitative analytical thinking capabilities.

- Fluency in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

- Accounting, VC fund operations, VBA / Macros, User interface design, SaaS marketing
