Product Manager - FinTech

This is Nitin Kamat from the HR Team at Prototyze & we are currently looking for a Product Manager to work with us in Goa.

Product Manager

- The candidate will be responsible for product management at a leading fintech startup in the consumer lending space

- Experience in Fintech or Banking space mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Create and Maintain and the Product Roadmap and drive its implementation

- Responsible for managing the entire Product Lifecycle from Concept to Workflows to Wireframes, Designs and User stories

- Work closely with business, marketing and operations teams to understand requirements and convert them into user stories and align product roadmap with business priorities

- Ability to create clear, concise product requirements and specifications documentation for the engineering team

Requirements

- Graduate/PG degree in engineering or related quantitative field

- 3+ years experience in product management

- Experience in product management in Fintech or technology oriented consumer finance company is preferable

- Expertise in using with product analytics tools like GA

- Familiarity with agile product management, prototyping tools

- Is obsessive about user experience and has a data driven approach to problem solving
