Product Manager - FinTech

They are hiring for Product Manager - Fintech - Mumbai

Brief Description about the role :

- Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, customer journey's, product gaps, helping to define a product vision / strategy and working with cross functional teams to execute it.

- The position is responsible for developing a variety of web/application-based products and features based on use cases

- Responsible for managing and leading the complete product lifecycle.

- Product Ownership which includes conceptualization, prioritization and delivering projects, collaborating among cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to manage end-to-end implementation.

- Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and innovative products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.

- Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends

- Own the end-to-end product strategy for banking products catering to Individuals like Savings account. Understand customer requirements, market gaps / need gaps and drive releases.

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance project/products usability.

Required Skills / Roles and Experience :

- Prior experience in strategic engagements in product development, digital transformation, innovation

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines

- Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs) and Product Management (driving usage, optimization, etc.) across platforms / channels will be a plus

- Strong strategy, analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Problem solving and Innovative

- Preferably having previous experience at consumer facing start-ups / Fintechs / Digital team of Bank

- Understanding of Digital Open (Connected/Neo) Banking Space & payments ecosystem is a plus

Qualification : MBA / PGDM with engineering is a plus.
