Product Manager - Financial Startup - IIT/IIM/MDI

About the company -Its a start up deals in financial product at a growing stage based out of Gurgoan.

Responsibilities -

- Define and develop long-term strategy and product plan and evangelize that vision within the organization

- Gather detailed business requirements from key stakeholders then document and manage stakeholder requirements and expectations

- Define business requirement documents which serve as a bridge from high-level business objectives to the functional specification, based on intimate knowledge of the feature, customers and market trends

- Work with Development Team through product development cycle to ensure product features developed meet the desired business objectives.

- Provide leadership to product design team and analyze and clarify product requirements.

- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirements.

- Facilitate changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.

- Validate product features after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements.

- Collaborate with business teams on training, testing, and related activities.

- May assist in conducting third-party product evaluation and integration.

- Will be responsible for generating revenue.

Skills Experience in Product Ideation, Development & Implementation for Financial domain (banking; financial markets; insurance; loans)

Functional Area Product Ideation, Development & Implementation.

Education -IITs, or MBA from top institute
