Product Manager - Financial Services

About Company : It is India's leading financial services company and central India's largest stock broking company offering equity broking, commodity and currency broking, wealth management, merchant banking, insurance, mutual funds, PMS services, among others.

Job Responsibilities:

- They define the product, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies, and provide competitive analysis, including analyzing data, market trends, identifying market opportunities, advising on pricing and promotional decisions, alongside recommendations and guidance.

- Will be responsible for setting product strategy, understanding what customers want, and prioritizing features.

- Do primary and secondary market research to identify the gaps

- Build PRD and test prototypes

- Should have great sense of UI/UX and can identify user pain points and take ownership to resolve them

- Own product adoption cycle and be responsible for overall quality of the product

- Define key success metrics for the success of the product and monitor it

- Should have expertise in mobile products

- Work with business and engineering teams to prioritize, build and launch products

Requirements :

- 3+ years of work experience as a product manager in fintech, broking industry preferred

- Good communication skills

- Have experience in people management role
