Role & Responsibilities :
- Is responsible for delivering the knowledge, tools, collateral, and programs that enable effective positioning and marketing.
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams. Generating marketing ideas with the help of seniors and colleagues
- Client Acquisition support & Relationship Management - Attending meetings & pitching/briefing on commodity Product Offerings and Suggest best suited hedging solution to client according to their exposure.
- Providing product support to Pan India RMs and helping in client acquisition. Tie-ups with Referrals and Trade Associations
- Engaging client on daily basis with market updates and colour of the market. Continuous interaction with the clients to identify their requirements and guide them and provide hedging/ trading solutions
- Overlook Exchange related processes such as seamless execution, Margin shortfall, position management, trades related query, coordinating trades to team or client.
- Ensuring high activity ratio of clients.
Job Requirements :
- Functional Competencies Knowledge of Financial Markets (Commodity Markets, Future & Options Strategies)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Must be self-motivated to plan and initiate ideas
- Behavioral Competencies Must be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions based on market changes
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Knowledge computer and Office applications
Experience 5 to 7 years
Qualifications Post Grads/ CFA/ CMT preferred
