We are hiring an Integration Management Officer (Product Manager) for our client-leading Cash Management Company located in Andheri Mumbai.

Job Description:

Function: Integration Management Officer

Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market research and Business Outcome.

- Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product specs from scratch.

- Have the ability to work with complex cross functional teams.

- Integrate usability studies, market analysis, Customer use-cases, Financial product and services sector related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.

- Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end process flow working

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Develop business cases and product proposals

- Analyze product performance and inform data-driven decisions

Requirements:

- Should have the ability to define economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics.

- Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards the customer goals and organization priorities.

- Work experience in the Banking/ Payment solutions/Financial sector / eCommerce industry is preferred

Educational Background - MBA from Premier MBA Colleges

Professional Experience:

- 5-6 years of experience in Product management

- Demonstrated ability to manage product development from concept to launch with a strong focus on market adoption and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in product or product management, with a preference for experience in the Banking/ Payment solutions/Financial sector / eCommerce industry
