Key Responsibilities:
"Be the Future of Mobility" vision alignment -
To design and develop a "Pre Owned TWs Business Model" which meets the Customers expectation. Evaluate the existing business model and develop and identify solutions to increase the digital touchpoints in overall customer journey
Brand Visibility (network penetration) - To define the market selection criteria, strategize expansion roadmap, drive channel appointment and its activation for increasing touchpoints.

Leveraging Technological Solution (Be a differentiator)
- Define strategies to digitally transform the exchange business by seeding the usage of technology platforms to offer an organized exchange solution to the customers.

- Consumer Targeting Campaigns
"Grow the Core"
- Develop a platform for lead generation from the pre-owned 2W intenders and target them for growing our Core Segments
- Build an online Marketplace for used 2Ws
- Establish Lead to retail funnel and drive its efficiency

Analyse product performance (Apps, Pricing Algorithm, Website & Portal) in the market, transform feedbacks into innovative solutions ,cross validate and finalise Resale Price Grid
