- Responsible for retaining existing active clients & increase revenue. Ensure consistent client engagement activities to fence these clients using digital & offline mediums. Also required to build smart data analytics to understand client trading behavior/segmentation & run marketing campaign to retain our clients.

Product Activation:

- Responsible for New client activation & manage the client's onboarding experience on the Online platforms. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic campaign to tactical activities Driving a solution set across development teams (Technology and Marketing) through market requirements, product positioning key benefits, and target customer.
