Role: Product Manager

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Define the direction which the product should take aligning the product to the organization goals

2. Be a user experience champion - understand implications of, and incorporate use cases into the product

3. Figure out the evolution of the product and translate it into a product roadmap.

4. Translate the requirements into engineering features

5. Gather requirements from various stakeholders and prioritize

6. Communicate with the engineering, business, product development, operations, and other functions to bring the product to life

7. Ensure timely execution

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Engineering mindset

3. Adaptability to evolving challenges of a startup

4. 2-5 years of product management experience or equivalent

5. CS education is preferred

6. Experience designing web applications, user experiences, and a technical bent
