About our Client - Our client is a large business house with interests across Consumer durables, Medical, and other businesses. Medical is their highest revenue contributing business across the globe and so is in India. With a growing presence in India across their other lines of Medical business, our client is looking to hire in one of their new business entities
Job Description - Reporting to the GM- Endoscopy, you will be responsible for:
- Visiting customer sites together with distributors
- Lead the strategic direction of the specific lines of Flexible endoscope
- Consider and propose Strategic and Annual Marketing Plans for flexible endoscopy systems
- Provide leadership and direction regarding endoscopy products offerings as well as all phases of new product launch.
- Identifying attractive markets for new product introduction.
- Communicating launch objectives and program to distributors and customers.
- Developing and delivering training for internal and for distributor personnel to effectively sell and service the product.
- Tracking and evaluating product performance and sales after product launch.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with initial installations and use of the product.
- Develop KOLs and close relationships with them.
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA with atleast 8-12 years total experience and 4-5 years experience in Endoscopy industry. You will have exposure to Gastroenterologists, Gynecologists, ENT Surgeons etc. You will have a thorough OT experience and should have good communication skills.
