Our client is one of the Fortune 500 medical technologies firm. Its products include implants used in joint replacement and trauma surgeries; surgical equipment and surgical navigation systems; endoscopic and communications systems; patient handling and emergency medical equipment; neurosurgical, neurovascular and spinal devices; as well as other medical device products used in a variety of medical specialties.
Job Role : This position is responsible for :
- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for endo portfolio
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies
- Support sales team with product knowledge, marketing material for scientific promotion
- Develop brand positioning strategy, customer segmentation framework and roll out campaigns for product promotion
- Production of product brochures, leaflets, and other communication material as per brand guidelines
- Design and implement a pricing strategy for designated products to meet ASP targets & portfolio profitability
- Drive CAPEX planning and execution of instrument demo set deployment and achieve set productivity targets, etc.
Reports to : Head-Capital Marketing
Requirements :
- Science Graduate with MBA in marketing
- Exposure to product marketing in Pharma/Device/ Healthcare Industry
- If MBA from premier institute, work experience of 3-5 years
- For other institutes it should be 6-8 years
