Job Role: Product Manager - EMI Cards

Job Role :

- Responsible for Delivering New Projects/Products & Enhancements related to EMI Cards Product. Also delivering all requirements through engaging with different Cross functional teams mostly IT, Risk, Operations, Sales & Marketing. Have Ownership right from Product Document development & signoff till roll in the market. Also driving business & maintenance thru the same.

- Responsible for Development & Management of Projects related to Non POS (Point of Sale) Card Sourcing channels thus help drive Fee Income for Business & Product. Also engaged with Projects & Launch of Co Brand Cards with Retailers & Manufacturers.

- Responsible for working with ARU Team & Marketing team, managing Digital Marketing Campaigns during the Summers & Diwali Period for Consumer Finance Business.

- Responsible for Managing Cards Transaction system & Resolve all the Sales team queries and escalations. Also improving the system & processes to reduce customer dissent through enhancements by timely engaging with IT, Risk teams & Operations team

- Responsible for Launch of the Product & Implementing an Online Card Sourcing Application Form to be hosted on Croma website & for Carding their Existing Database.

- Was Responsible for Implementing & Perform End User Testing of Co Brand Cards Sourcing & Transaction System.

- Worked on Creating a New Product- Mobile App for Card Transaction for ISD's of Retailers

- Responsible for end to end delivery & management of the Product, performing end user testing and roll out in the Market.

- Creating a New Product- Online Employee EMI Card Sourcing Application where Employee just needs to a fill a 12 field form and card comes directly to them.

- Responsible for end to end delivery of the Product, performing end user testing and roll out in the organization
