Description :

- Work closely with customers and internal teams (marketing/sales/support) to develop and execute the roadmap and own the development of the offering/product/framework idea through its life cycle.

- Break down the offering/product/framework or the new feature roadmap into rapidly shippable components (Be able to work in Agile mode).

- Work with cross-functional teams, not limiting to engineering, design, and QA, to build and ship the output on time and within budget.

- Perform competitive analysis in determining currently available competing solutions in the market.

- Actively seek feedback from customers/users to improve the product and Product NPS.

- Wear a marketer hat and communicate product capabilities and plans to internal and external audiences through documents, individual conversations, presentations, and webinars

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications across a global business team.

- Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories by leading intensive, multi-discipline, collaboration sessions.

- Owning the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM/PLC) and product adoption with the team.

- Actively contribute to the team's culture of having fun together, embracing change, and delivering.

Profile :

1 BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA AND MBA/PGDM from top-tier institute

2 8+ yrs of experience in product management of Technology software products & offerings.

3 A product evangelist can discuss and communicate product/offering value and benefits to customers, prospects, and partners.

4 Experience working in Edtech Products / B2B SaaS products is desirable.

5 An engineering background is highly desirable.

6 Evidence-based, data insights for decision making. Applied experience in prioritization and PLM framework

7 Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems

8 Ability to balance the priorities from Product (including UX) roadmap + tech (including security) roadmap

9 Exceptional skills in articulating solutions to business problems. Succinctly communicate concepts, changes, decisions, and roadmap

10 Visible leadership abilities to lead an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and making them successful leaders

11 A seasoned professional with the maturity to handle the stress of the job yet agile and forward-looking enough to take on new challenges

12 High energy & go-getter attitude
