Product Manager - eCommerce/Transportation Sector - Global Consulting Firm

Our client is a global consulting firm. They are carrying out a project for player in the E-commerce space in the industrial goods sector. They are looking to onboard a consultant with prior experience working as a Product Manager to join their team. The consultant will be embedded into the client's project team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Taking ownership of all assigned tasks and applying a project management framework to ensure their effective delivery.

- Working towards defining the product with regards to what does the product look like in terms of features and subsequently building those features into the backlog.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and provide guidance and feedback to the development team.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.

- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

- Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and create detailed product specifications. - Documenting product features, functionality, and user experience to guide the development process.

- Collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Conducting regular product reviews, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.

Experience Required:

- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager

- Prior experience in the E-commerce/Transportation sector

- Degree from a top-tier school is mandatory

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 3-4-month contract. The project location for this role will be Delhi.
