Job Summary:

As the Product Manager for the eCommerce technology team, you will be responsible for working on the product strategy, development, and optimization of our digital platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance our online shopping experience and drive business growth. Your role will involve defining product requirements, managing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the successful launch and performance of our eCommerce products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision for the eCommerce technology platform.

- Identify market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to drive product innovation.

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and customer feedback.

Product Development:

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture.

- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize the platform, improve user engagement, and increase conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and inform product improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.

- Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders across the organization.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the eCommerce technology team.

Customer Focus:

- Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviours.

- Ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the product development process.

- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on eCommerce technology, fashion, or beauty industries.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

Skills:

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).

- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
