Role: Product Manager Ecommerce

Eductaion: Tier1 MBA/Btech Passout
1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow web traffic, improve customer experience, improve conversions and drive growth
2. Ensure scope is achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
3. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting research supported by trends and data. Develop new features roadmap for enhancing user experience and Conversions on the ecommerce site.
4. Should be able to view the product through the lens of the consumer from an intuitive and rational perspective.
5. Translate practical business & customer needs into requirements for the Engineering teams to develop the product.
6. Work with teams across Engineering, Supply chain & other Operations, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing and Finance.
7. Drive product launches including working with internal brand teams, IT team, QA team and other partners.
8. Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure overall product quality.
9. Stay informed about technical & design trends in the E-Commerce space.
