Job Description:
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech from a top school (IIT/NIT/BITS)
- Software engineering experience and a very sound technical understanding.
- Worked as a product manager for mobile App product.
- Lead all products affecting customer experience, primarily mobile, web and other channels.
- Have an experience in delivering consumer Internet products from the ideation board to the customer.
- Understand the user's needs, business cases, understand customer problems & pain-points and come up with product solutions for these.
- Drive the proper UI and UX features on the product along with sensible customer required features.
- Challenging all members of cross- functional teams such as Technology and Design for core product development. Also, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go- to- market strategy and new product offerings.
- Work closely with engineering team to prioritize releases and technical implementation.
- Act as driver between technical team and marketing team for coherent communication and features, full ownership of conversion of incoming leads to bookings once the customer has come on product.
