JD:

You will play a large role in defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps to deliver Payments services.

As a Senior Product Manager who is focused on building the platform features and creating new customer experiences, you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

- Define product roadmaps based on the strategy and vision

- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product

- Work closely with user design, project management, and engineering teams in an agile environment to launch products

- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support

- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

- Drive products to market including working with marketing, sales, business development, finance, and account management

Qualification:

- 7+years work experience in technology product management in e-commerce fields such as online gaming, services, ticketing, or other related fields

- BA or BS degree

- Payments background will be a plus but not necessary

- Technical experience desired

- Experience in vendor contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships

Preferred Qualification:

- M.B.A from top institutes

- Experience developing and executing business strategy for technical products or services

- Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

- Broad range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution

- Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly websites and customer-facing features

- Understanding and practice with product management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments

- Proven ability to make informed feature versus time-to-market trade-offs

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, attention to detail
