Product Manager - Ecommerce in Dubai

- This is a strategic role that leads a team to drive incremental profit and customer satisfaction through the profitable delivery and development of new and modified Omni-channel products, features, and services across multiple Product areas.

 - You will play a key role in developing the product management roadmap for customer-facing features and functionalities for website, mobile, social commerce elements that present the highest financial return value to the brand. This includes browse, search, account maintenance, product selection, availability, cross-sell/upsell, purchase, confirmation, order history, loyalty, personalized experience, marketing communications and integrations with marketing platforms to support customer acquisition and retention.

Primary Responsibility:

- The products will enable us to grow overall market share. You will do this by developing and communicate deep understanding of Market Problems and Competitive Landscape. Identify problems that we can solve for customers that are urgent, pervasive, and that will enable us to take a greater share of the customer's wallet.

- Deliver incremental profit and customer satisfaction through the delivery and development of new and modified ecommerce products, features, and services across multiple Product areas.

- Develop Business Proposals which articulate market problems and how we may be able to solve these for customers based on data from Analytics sources. Present this information to leaders across the organization so that opportunities can be evaluated, and to create alignment on priorities.

- Working with cross-functional teams, develop the business plan and product strategy for new products. This will include leading all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.

- Develop the Product Roadmap with technology and cross-functional business teams. Continuously evaluate speed of go to market vs functionality trade-offs.

- Delivery new products, features, and business processes to internal and external market. Measure the impacts on Customer Satisfaction and key business metrics. Analyze this data to identify additional customer needs or refine solutions to existing products.

- Develop and communicate Product Management Best Practices to the business teams.

- Develop Vision based on deep customer insight. Identify areas of unmet needs in ecommerce, and mobile.

- Establish business plans with cross-functional business teams to profitably meet unmet customer needs.

- Drive new product and feature roadmaps for multiple, intersection product areas, and manage prioritization and tradeoffs against user experience.

- Establishes and implements Product Management best practices

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver, market, measure, operationalize, and optimize
products and features to customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a reputed University

- MBA degree from a reputed University

- 8 to 12 years of a successful track record of defining and launching digital products for mobile and desktop that resulted in customer growth and revenue growth in Ecommerce domain.

- Able to think mobile as soon as you- re briefed and you can back that up with a list of mobile products that you have shipped. A cross-platform expert who understands exactly what works (or doesn't) on desktop, mobile, iOS and Android. You know one size doesn' t fit all.

- Ability to be adapt to the startup culture, handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience with the Agile development process and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their development

- Thorough understanding of digital commerce including customer acquisition, conversion and retention, marketing operations, CRM, performance marketing, payments, customer, and last mile delivery to support business for data driven product and experience management.

- Ability to successfully work with teams across multiple functions (e.g, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Call Center, etc).

- Experience and clear understanding of data driven MVT and A/B testing on digital commerce

- Strong knowledge of design process and project management.

- Deep understanding of the web and usability best practices. Experience with creating intuitive user experiences through close collaboration with UX and web designers.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders at the executive level.

- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); ability to influence key business leaders in the organization

- Experience with data analysis and measurement tools like Google Analytics.

- Have passion for design

- Sound business judgment: the ability to make informed decisions based on business objectives, develop and implement a sourcing strategy on projects; capable of making reliable business decisions during execution.
