- To maximize sales by proactively managing the listing of globally recognized branded products across a wide range of online businesses, from major retailers to local independents.
- This role involves completing the listing of new products effectively within relevant timeframes and working jointly with the Account Manager to ensure that new products are listed with adequate stock and managed through Buffers as needed.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Turnover Increase: Achieve turnover increases in line with targets by listing the right products with the right customers at the right time, according to brand distribution policies.
- Live Listing Management: Ensure successful 'live listing' of brands and products, making sure approved products are listed on retailer websites and maintaining regular communication with sales managers, buyers, and partners.
- Data Management: Send correct data to retailers in the appropriate format, including bespoke marketing assets provided by in-house and external marketing teams.
- Account Management: Understand retailer data requirements, portals, and listing processes.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal buyers and Area Sales to ensure appropriate stock levels, negotiate promotions, reserve products, and review sales and listing performance.
- Retailer On-boarding: Assist in the successful on-boarding of new retailers by working with integrations and account sales teams, producing customer templates, and performing data mapping to comply with client requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Communicate weekly sales reports to brands and internal teams.
Key Activities:
- Proactive Account Management: Manage listings by following established processes for a growing list of retailers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of styles, genders, brands, and categories, making commercial decisions on new styles and ensuring product offers are up to date.
- Stock Management: Evaluate fast-selling and slow-moving products, working with buyers to ensure adequate stock coverage.
- Sales Reporting: Generate reports for internal stakeholders, brands, and clients.
- Client Meetings: Participate in meetings with key clients to plan ranges and explore new commercial opportunities.
- Integration Development: Collaborate with developers and integrations teams on retailer integration maintenance and development.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot day-to-day issues to ensure top-tier supplier performance.

Qualification And Experience:
Essential: Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V-lookups.

- Driving License.
