Product Manager( Reliance E-commerce)

Reliance is one of the largest conglomerates in India, owning multiple profitable businesses that touch millions of lives on a daily basis. We want to be the pre-eminent player in e-Commerce by building a word class technology ranging from awe-inspiring next-generation store technology to streaming digital media (video, music, TV), to having customers buy and get what they want near-instantaneously. Our ambitions are big.

The Reliance e-commerce team is looking for ambitious product managers across multiple functions: Marketing, UI/UX/Marketplace, Seller Experience, Retail Programs and Supply Chain/Warehousing. We have roles open in each function.

Our ideal candidate will think on behalf of the consumer and translate that into world-class experiences.

They will have keen eye towards business value, able to navigate complex experiences and distill those into MVPs, be technically conversant enough to suggest solutions, and bring technology, design and business teams along to deliver results. You will revel in solving challenging problems of scale and take pride in delighting customers and deliver results.

The ideal candidate will:-

- Own specific product(s) in Reliance eCommerce in the areas mentioned above. Be responsible for revenue, cost, acquisition, retention, conversion, contacts per order, etc. depending on the area of ownership.

- 4+ years of product management in any of the areas mentioned above, preferably in a B2C environment. Having this expertise in eCommerce is a huge plus.

- Understand the business well, be able to own and maintain a roadmap, drive to decisions on priority, keep stakeholders updated of progress, deliver, measure, iterate.

- You will show great self-motivation, ownership, a curious and questioning attitude, agility, problem-solving, good judgment and will raise the bar in everything you do.

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related engineering discipline (electrical, electronics etc.) in a top tier college is a must. MBA is a plus.
