KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing the product road map
- Developing and managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
- Defining product mix based on market requirements
- Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.E./B.Tech (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of relevant product management experience in eCommerce
- Candidate with technical/software background moved into product management would be preferred
- Experience building online services, preferably consumer-facing. Experience launching new concepts or startups a plus
- Ability to work well and lead cross-functional teams, particularly in supply chain activities
- Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and team management
