Roles :
A Product Manager is responsible for ideation, strategic product planning, defining, delivering, and continuously innovating Internet-based consumer products and services. He/she should strive to create world-class products that are marketable and be instrumental in getting it implemented. He/she must be someone who keeps things simple while solving problems that are complex. Must have the ability to challenge authority.

Responsibilities :
- Design product feature-set, but also responsible for the associated Family of Metrics.
- Strive to be data-informed and capable of extracting a point of view from data.
- Work with the UX team, to help shape your ideas into a simple, integrated, and intuitive UI for Mobile and Web.
- Be the custodian for the Member, the User, and the Match, at various stages of the customer journey.
- Go deep to solve problems and balance your action-bias with end-states
- Design for Personas, strategic segments, and psychographics
- Work with CX teams to drive "measurable impact" and not "managed impact"
- Prepare ideation docs (User led BRD's), brainstorming on the same and making PRD's and getting it delivered in collaboration with UX & Tech teams.
- Worked with Payment gateways and experience in Payment funnel optimization is preferable.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 3-5 years of product management experience in consumer internet products and technologies or B2C business.
- Min 1 year of experience in handling Monetization / Payments.
- Zest for learning, hustlers and "Do-ers"
- Strong consumer focus
- Able to create value using good business judgment
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel, for analytics.
Brownie Points :
- Working experience with SQL, as well as PDM/Visualization Tools like Looker/Tableau, Trello, JIRA
- Exposure to working with Data Science (and ML) teams, over and above Analytics
