Financial company seeking Product Manager to be part of a team for its Online Business for retail customers.
Job Description,
Work on the customer tech and non-customer tech segment.
Define various KPIs, regularly track them and analyze them over time. Use these KPIs to understand how well the business is doing and attempt to move the needle incrementally over time.
Conduct idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition for internal facing application products.
Run tests for a better user experience. Run tests to increase the conversion rates (CRO). Calculate ROI. Evaluate market research, competitive and cost/benefits analysis, and usability testing to apply findings for future enhancements.
Work closely with IT, Marketing, and other business units to deliver internal facing application releases on schedule through business planning, requirements and user interface development, system engineering, and quality assurance phases.
Make decisions and communicate the reasoning behind that decision to all the stakeholders in a precise, efficient and respectful manner. Act as a platform expert, supporting the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.
