Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced product manager in the e-commerce domain to lead the development and deployment of our offerings across both web based and mobile platforms.

- This person would be responsible for translating the business requirements into technical specifications, and lead the team to deliver the product to meet the requirements.

- The person would anchor the customer experience across all the touch-points the company has with the customer.

- He/ She would set the product priorities, drive shared vision across all teams, build and motivate the team to deliver the product and services successfully.

- The person should understand the end-to-end service delivery process and provide the required technical and managerial support to deliver a world-class experience to the customer.

Job role & responsibilities

- Define product road map with product requirements, launch plan and underlying strategies

- Conceptualize, innovate, develop,deploy & monitor product development

- Collaborate with various teams such as Technology, Design and Marketing for core product development. Also, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and new product offerings.

- Responsible for user acquisition, engagement and retention

- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance

- Build and lead the team to deliver on the products and services

- Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on project(s) in a complex, fast-moving environment.

- Analyze data to understand user behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.

- Be the internal and external evangelist for the product

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

- 2-3 years of relevant product management experience

- Experience in building and managing consumer facing and scalable systems

- Power user of internet & web 2.0 platforms.

- Should understand building of products in an internet (B2C) space

- Proven ability to have created and defined a product roadmap

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including technology, design, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

- Experience in launching new concepts or start-ups is a plus

- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude

- Strong consumer relationship and interaction skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills & Communication skills

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
