Position : Product Manager - Door Hardware

Location : Gurgaon

Reports to : Head Product Management

Role :

- Implement the Road Map for product category (Door Hardware)

- Assist the Business/Product Managers of the entities to manage and drive the category.

- Prepare & present reports on the category periodically. Provide support to the Head Product Management.

- Ensure Gateway process if followed and documentation in place. Manage go to market and category product road map.

- Focus on product development for the category.

- Manage voice of the customer feedback through customer segments.

- Manage implementation of product strategies, go-to market plans and product road-maps.

- Ensure that all marketing brochures and catalogues are up to date and shared among entities

- Facilitate product council activities.

- Coordination & integration of all regional certification requirements for all required standards.

- Inputs and coordination with R&D and Product Strategy.

Candidate Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electronics/Civil)

- MBA preferred

- 8 to 10 Years relevant experience

- Analytical & Presentation Skills.

- Ability to work with Business Heads & General Managers.

- Understanding of South East Asia Culture & Geographies.
