Product Manager - Domain Expertise - SME Lending - FinTech Product Firm

We are a platform based Fin-Tech product technology company in B2B & B2C Business segment.

We are Hiring for Product Manager role who has experience in SME lending segment.

Position : Product Manager - BFSI/Lending

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Bangalore, India

Preferably someone who can join us immediately or can join in short notice.

Responsibilities :

What you'll do

- Thorough understanding of credit underwriting process in SME lending. Will be the go-to person for solutions technology products in SME lending segment

- End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap

- Work across functions to ideate, conceptualize new products, add features, improve product adoption. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders

- Drive vision and strategy for development and evolution of technology products that power SME lending segment

- Benchmarking, market analysis to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive landscape and market positioning and overall product strategy

- Evaluates new product/customization viability, prioritize to arrive at go/no-go decision for product(s). Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans, KPIs & milestones

- Balance the products- short-term & long-term roadmap by prioritising backlogs & market demand

- Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRD

What you- ll need (must haves):

- BE/BTech + MBA from reputed institution with 6+ years in product management

- Domain expertise in SME lending. Thorough understanding of credit underwriting in SME segment and updated with emerging trends in the space

- Ability to come up with technology solutions to cater lending use case. Should have experience working on technology products

- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver extraordinary data & machine learning products

- Ability to take initiative based on data. Go get the data you need and turn it into a thoughtful story. You know how to leverage data to make decisions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail and visual presentation

- Proven track record of shipping products to market on time
