Product Manager - Digital Wallet

BACKGROUND: The Product Manager (Payment Wallet) will be an integral part of the digital channels product team. The key focus of the role will be on product development, UI/UX design, customer segmentation, product variants, integrated payments flows and P&L management. Wallet aims at providing a state of art financial management & payment experience, fuelled through one its kind loyalty program for all PPI wallet users.

Key Result Areas:

- Competition benchmarking and work towards achieving best user interface & user experience across multiple channels & products made available through Payment Wallet platform

- Leverage on experience, contact, research to set product vision & identify innovative new products/services/use cases for wallets & payments portfolio

- Identify potential partnerships (& manage existing ones) with PA/PG, Merchants & deliver as per set priorities. Prioritizing Payment Wallet as payment option ensuring high success rates.

- Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams to lead implementation

- Develop clear visualizations of complicated business processes and come up with innovative use cases for user experience, payments & in app/on web cross sell

- Own P&L for Wallet and ensure meeting of the KPIs month on month.

- Drive quarterly/annual plan for the product line & drive marketing interventions on own or through different stakeholders to achieve the set target

- Single point of contact for internal teams to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations for the product line

- Lead business review meetings with internal & external stakeholders

- Maintain healthy use case pipeline for year to 3 year window

Person Profile :

- Post Graduate with 4-5 years of work experience or Graduate (Engineer) with 5-6 years of work experience. Out of this there should be a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience of PPI wallets (2 years out of the recent 3 years of work - ex)

- Relevant experience of having handled PPI wallet essentially. Other PPI products experience would be welcome but not interchnangeable

- Ideally a Person who has anchored a Wallet product from product perspective with strong UI/UX acumen and experience of delivering customer facing apps

- Should have substantial roll out experience in previous organization/ roles

- Demonstrated ability to execute impeccably & experience around new launches

- She/ He should have good understanding of customer segments, define & drive the product for the identified segment

- Should have good understanding of customer loyalty programs or rewards programs

- Work across stakeholders- technology, product & operations

- Assertive and Objective driven

- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
