Product Manager - Digital Transaction Platform

Product Manager (BBPS Vertical).

Location : Mumbai (On-site).

Experience : 2-4 Years.

Notice Period : Upto 45 Days.

Industry Background : Bill Payments, Merchant Acquiring, BBPS, E-Commerce.

Educational Qualifications : Post Graduate, Masters, BSc IT, MSc IT, B Tech.

Must Have:

- Must have 2+ yrs of experience with with a BBPS.

- Experience with knowledge of digital transaction platforms-BBPS, Bill-Payments, Payment Gateway, e-Commerce.

- Experience with Banking Integration.

- Candidate Must be from Mumbai.

- Strong written and oral communications skills, proven ability to handle partnerships and customers.

- Understanding of various payment systems and processes.

- Ability to learn quickly and to share knowledge with team mates.

- Ability to manage projects independently.

- Ability to leverage data to identify production issues & Strong problem solving skills.

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to drill production data for production issue analysis and generate MIS/Reports based production data.

- Ensure compliance related support with applicable legal, regulatory requirements.

- Establish a process of constantly benchmarking the platform with respect to production support related aspects and take necessary corrective action if needed.

- Build a team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and building a comprehensive repository of test cases for production related issues and troubleshooting.

- Eye for detail.

- Ability to define end to end processes.

- Innovative for new product ideas.

- Project Management.

- Creating Requirement documents and Functional documents.

- Managing Vendors.

Profile:

- 2-3 years' experience.

- Ideally with a BBPS/ Payments/ e-Commerce background.

- Experience in providing support for payment related product implementations.

- Experience in developing/managing high volume digital transactions.

- Experience in managing and supporting third party ERP solutions and other third party applications (desirable).

- Domain knowledge of digital transaction platforms-BBPS, Bill Payments, Payment Gateway, e-Commerce.

- Ability to manage & Support production support related aspects both in terms of technical and functional.

Technical Knowledge:

- Hands-on with Linux/Unix Commands.

- Knowledge of Putty and its related Commands.

- SFTP/FTP file sharing knowledge.

- WebSphere.

- IIS/SSL certificate installation knowledge Base.

- Knowledge of REST and SOAP based web services.
