Responsibilities:
- Definition of Digital Business process for Retail
- Participation in Digital Transformation workshops and engagements as Domain Consultant
- Work on M&A/partnership initiatives
- Market Analysis/study: Understand Retail market trends in Digital and Define market requirements for offerings and solutions
Offerings: Define Retail Digital Offerings in consultation with Competencies, Geos and other stake holders and Identify target segments for the offerings
Marketing: Writing and Publishing Whitepapers, POVs and other insightful articles,Updated content for collaterals, website for the relevant areas, Identify and shortlist relevant events; prepare for participation with theme and content, Retail Capabilities collaterals - Decks, Brochures, vertical case studies, docs and materials as required for a prospective customer
GTM: Define go to market strategy, come out with a GTM plan (which is Retail Domain focused eg: merchandising spanning all IP/Competencies and Serices) with qualitative and quantitative nos. on various GTM channels, Come out with calendar and execute on GTM activities in consultation with geos
Lead Generation: Generate leads through DG & Marketing Campaigns, Personal/Social connects and through Event Participation
Pre Sales: Anchor vertical centric sales motion in customer meetings/pitches, Own the Vertical part of the solution for RFP responses and provide other relevant content to Pre-Sales, Enable Sales team with Solution capabilities, knowledge, Market Research and customise pitch based on the research, Participate in customer pitches and support pre-sales team on business requirements
- Revenue: Responsible for achieving set business revenue targets and opportunities for Retail
