Product Manager - Digital Product - NBFC

Qualification - B.Tech

We are looking for hands-on Product Manager who has been there, done that and want to change the way how Digital Lending works in India using customer centric, digital first thinking in building great products customer love.

As a Product Manager, you will be obsessed with what customers want, the current landscape, consumer trends, competition, impact of technology and more importantly, a strong desire to change how Fintech works in India.

This role is very hands-on and we expect the Product Manager to take the complete responsibility of defining the product roadmap, setting strategic priorities, working with tech and engineering teams in delivering the product, help launch the product and help customer adopt and grow the business.

We are not expecting the ideal candidate to know everything but be able to stretch, accept the challenge, roll up the sleeve, self-learn apply oneself and implement/execute.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with various internal teams like Business, Marketing, Technology and external vendors to define the product vision, create product roadmap and MVP, work closely with technology teams to launch the product

- Have both macro and micro perspectives on the market opportunity, deep understanding and customer insights, unique point of view on how we can create our moats and help launch the product

- Bring in the right process tools / frameworks in defining requirements, creating use cases, capture market and customer feedback and help the tech teams to deliver the product

- Work closely with marketing and other teams in launching the product and on-board the customers and apply key lessons in growing the customer base

- Keep iterating on the customer requirements and improve the product

- Have a strong financial metrics to drive better unit economics and other key growth metrics

- Above all, a keen sense of learnability, curiosity and passionate believer in Digital First thinking and great product mindset in changing how Lending happens in India

- In summary, be the overall Product owner in defining, developing and delivering the right set of Digital Lending products to our customers with the right financial metrics.

Key Skills-

- Deep and demonstrated understanding of product management techniques and tools

- Prior experience in leading product teams in successful launch of Fintech / consumer products

- Hands-on experience in Product Strategy, roadmap definition, creating use cases / stories, product development and collaborating with internal / external teams

- Have developed product features and growth hacks using product management tools and frameworks

- Prior experience in working with different stakeholders in highly regulated, hyper-competitive landscape is a plus

- Extremely passionate about Product management as an art, obsessive focus on solving customer problems and Digital first thinking and approach

- While we are not biased, Engineers / Techies turned Product Managers are welcome!
