- Thorough Knowledge of electronic payment systems related to Card Products, RuPay/VISA/MasterCard related process/policies etc, Payment Systems, regulatory aspects - Experience of Working on PPIs, Wallets, Closed loop, Open loop and Semi Closed Prepaid Instruments - Experience of Working on Network Sponsorships to Non-Banking Players - Preparation of Product Notes, Process Notes and Sign off from stakeholders - Hands-On Experience in all phases of Product Management right from Inception to Revenue Generation - Gathering business requirements and preparations of BRD - Good Understanding on Product Development, Technology, Operational Processes - Coordination with various departments like Business Solutions, Operations, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement. - Training to Sales and support functions - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Basic knowledge of other systems used in the Bank, Products & Processes of bank. - Atleast 3 year's total experience in the related field required for this position. - Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc. - Should be an effective Team Player - Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail. - Post-Graduation is Mandatory. Engineering-MBA background preferable
