Job Description :

- Responsible for all aspects of Digital Mutual Funds w.r.t features, positioning, sales pitch for existing as well as new products

- Develop overall strategy of Digital Mutual Funds product. Develop trend analysis and other management reporting to present to senior management.

- Interacting with channel heads and counterparts for making product saleable in their respective channels

- Tracking new products & opportunities in the market and updates on existing competitor's products and proactively identifying the opportunities in digital space to position/launch products to suit the customer need

- Maintain and develop 3rd party manager relationships including joint marketing and product promotional activities and events.

- Work with product leadership to execute on new and existing product initiatives.

- Tracking AUM movement in the industry and reporting any key movements in the market

- Developing product-related communication

- Co-coordinating internally for regularly filing and approvals. Product documentation and maintenance of reports

Skills :

- Having sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry and Digital Sales

- Should have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills; should be able to communicate effectively (for both oral & written) with individuals at all levels

- Highly analytical, data results-driven but flexible approach to new ideas and concepts

- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

- Extremely disciplines and organized approach to product and project management, must enjoy implementing task infrastructure and best practices

- Candidates need to have a hands on experience of driving business through Online platforms. 


The candidate needs to take complete ownership of business nos., undertake initiatives like Customer communication, spotting relevant business opportunities, utilizing various options / tools available to reach out to customers etc . Added exposure to Sales would be advantage.
