Role & Responsibilities :

- Understand the requirements and produce functional specifications, in consultation with the Product/Development teams for strategic/regulatory/business initiatives.

- Ensure that the backlogs are groomed and maintained.

- Ensuring that all the relevant stakeholders have a clear understanding of the design and the underpinning business process and requirements.

- Capture and analyze business requirements and underlying business context.

- Design key areas of the Product from a functional perspective, working with the Technical team to ensure that the design is practical and can be implemented from technical perspective.

- Ensure that the design takes account of existing functionality and hence considers the wider impact on the product.

- Guide the testing team in understanding the requirement and endure proper coverage of the functionality during the various test phases.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain.

- Work on GTM plans

- Manage End to End Partner On-boarding for Consumer and Commercial products.

- Single point of contact for all the new members / partners integrations.

- Co-ordinate and manage all activities associated with Partner Integration to facilitate Go Live for Consumer and Commercial products.

- Assist the partners to create a go-to-market plan to maximize revenue and volumes

- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes

- Conduct UI / UX review to identify opportunities for increased conversions

- Train the internal teams on new products and facilitate updating SOPs and various Consumer Support Processes

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for gathering requirements and write User stories documenting the requirements to support the agile process

Experience and Skills :

- Comprehensive and detailed Business Analysis and Requirement Document skills required.

- Graduate in Engineering/Com & MBA from a reputed institute

- 5 - 7years of strong experience in Product and Project management

- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Advanced technical skills.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- A track record of following through on commitments.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Work experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Rally would be added advantage

- Understanding of APIs services

- MSME background preferred
