Product Manager - Digital Lending

- Manage end-to-end product design and execute with partner.

- Lead cross-functional engineering projects to build and launch our new product & grow the product.

- Identify gaps, pain points & opportunities in current process.

- Create capabilities across the lending lifecycle in a modular lending stack .(acquisition, onboarding, credit modelling, decisioning and post sales service experiences etc.)

- Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with engineers.

- Building BRD documents as per business requirements scope and design journey flows for end to end digital lending (onboarding to disbursement).

- Work closely with Risk & Tech team and other internal stakeholders for UAT & Testing.

- Coordinate with partner for integration. Manage SOP for Life cycle Journey in LOS & LMS and work towards Process Improvement and Existing Business opportunities.
