Product Manager - Digital Lending

Job Description:

As a Product Manager for our Digital Lending team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy to capture the digital education loan market in India. You will be responsible for developing and managing innovative digital lending products, optimizing the loan application journey, and ensuring seamless digital disbursement processes. Your deep understanding of fintech operations and the Indian digital loan landscape will be instrumental in your success.

Min exp- 3 years (exp in fintechs/NBFCs preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch digital lending products tailored for the domestic education market.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the Indian digital lending and education finance sectors.

3. Fintech Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of fintech operations, including digital lending processes, loan origination, underwriting, and disbursement, to drive innovation and efficiency.

4. User Experience: Enhance the loan application journey by improving the user experience, reducing friction, and increasing conversion rates.

5. Digital Disbursement: Streamline and optimize the digital disbursement process, ensuring quick and secure fund transfers to borrowers.

6. Compliance and Risk Management: Work closely with the compliance and risk teams to ensure that all digital lending products adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of security.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and results of digital lending initiatives.
