Role Objective:
Drive the development and delivery of D2C financial products for multiple banks using our platform. Ensure smooth product deployment, client satisfaction, and continuous enhancement to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to draft and finalize BRDs, break them into Stories and Tickets.
- Ensure intuitive channel experiences for end customers.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and product collaterals.
- Track deployments to ensure products meet expectations.
- Act as the SME and customer success manager for clients.
- Manage ongoing enhancement and support requirements.
- Follow through on product launches, ensuring timely execution.
Skills Required:
Functional:
- Data-driven approach to product development.
- In-depth knowledge of lending products and loan lifecycle.
- Experience in Scrum and product delivery processes.
- Ability to create product documentation and user stories.

- Support in wireframe creation.
- Business process modeling for lending journeys.
