Profile :

- Manage Email, SMS, SEO/SMO, SEM/SMM campaigns for better engagements and higher lead generation

- Conceptualize and optimise E-mail & SMS campaigns for better customer reach and customer acquisition

- Plan and execute all web, SEM, marketing database, SMS, email and display advertising campaigns.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against campaign objectives

- Driving transactions/business through online channel by effective user experience, customer communication etc.

- Creating Weekly and Monthly reports for various projects.

- Driving acquisition & transactions through digital & social marketing channels

- Online sourcing- Digital marketing planning and execution

- Manage Website - Desktop and Mobile for better customer experience and higher conversions

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership

- Product Management - Mobile App, Product Development/launch, E-commerce strategy

- Create Title tags and Meta tags for various off-page activities

- Digitisation of processes & mechanism to minimise processing costs & faster TAT

- Constantly engage in developing & improving Digital acquisition online platform for banking products

- Driving P & L for digital products, revenue generation from transactions

- Business process re-design with focus on leanerprocesses faster TATs and greater transparency

- Brand and product communication; co-ordination with external Marketing, Advertising & PR agencies

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Manage Alternate Channel Online/Website, and outbound call centre to improve business.

- Collaborate with agencies and other partners, identify and engage with new vendor for Leads.

- Manage different digital alliances for better customer engagements

- Third party tie ups to enable co-creation of customer buying journey

- Drive online conversions though different online vendors
