Job Description for Product Manager - Internet & Mobile banking - Digital Banking
- Minimum 5 years of experience and preferable with direct bank & business or techno business function managing channels
- Understanding business requirements and feasibility for developing transactions on digital platforms (especially Mobile)
- Take up enhancements and bug fixes with internal teams, vendor teams and ensure issues / concerns are resolved
- Work on new version releases and ensure production issues are attended and resolved
- Bringing in new and innovative ideas for development
- Monitor creative development
- Deep dive into customer analytics to identify the right target customers and create the best marketing mix to generate maximum ROI for the campaign
- Support UI design activity and scrum teams
- Manage UAT and make sure to support developers
- Document business requirements (functional and non-functional) and conduct required analysis to support these requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of external environment and identify insights, from emerging trends and industry change
- Drive functional changes across eChannels and support the development of an omni-channel digital banking strategy.
- Drive business numbers for increasing Customer registration & Channel usage of Internet & mobile banking
- Additional role would also to integrate external partnerships, implement and drive BOT's thru Internet & Mobile banking
