Desired Profile / Experience / Background :
1. Should have sales experience in consumer facing industry
2. Min 3-4 experiences in digital consumer space ( B2C )
3. P & L understanding
4. Understanding of social media & their impact on consumer on decision making framework
5. Should have good understanding of the changing needs of consumer, buying behavior and value equation for customer in digital space
6. Should be aware of all aspects of digital business in terms of price, cross promotion, tie ups, increasing traffic for the site
7. Should have driven business in matrix structure & have revenue ownership
Preferred companies / (Background) :
1. Consumer On line sites of jobs, matrimonial and appointment
2. E commerce sites who have consumer interface
3. Companies who have multiple channels of sales (off line & online)
4. Candidate should have handled product manager role in these companies
Special Attributes / Key Skills :
1. Ability to map consumer need by understanding market and tap innovatively into revenue opportunity through digital space
2. Experience in establishing a new product/business stream
3. Ability to position new brand / product in a crowded market
4. Updated knowledge on IT & tools in digital space
5. Exposure in Vendor Management / strategic relationships in digital space
