Role Description:
We are looking for passionate Product Manager who is willing to drive the Product Growth leading the product portfolio into the next stage of growth. (S)he will be Product Manager for a particular product & will have the ownership of the all product strategy, definition, Ideation, Roadmap, Product Marketing etc. If you are passionate and love challenges while growing your career, there has never been a better time to join us.
Principal Accountabilities:
Strategy, Ideation and roadmap:
- Analyze market trends
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Anticipate customer needs and create need-driven solutions
- Maintain and prioritize roadmap
- Plan Product design, features
- Benchmark and differentiate versus competitors
- Author market requirements documents
Product Definition :
- Author product requirements and change request documents
- Work with business analysts to moderate customizations
- Globalize features to fit across markets/deployments
Product Marketing :
- Create collaterals
- Participate in industry forums and events, event sponsorships
- Author white papers and case studies
- Define pricing approach for market segments
Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers in agile development environment
- Work with BD on RFPs if required, assist in training BD and sales, ensure demo infrastructure
- Support Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and in reviewing Change Requests received from market
- Partner engagement: Assess partnerships and licensing opportunities with external 3rd parties
