The Product Manager for Corporate Digital Banking will be responsible for reviewing, designing, developing, and scaling up digital products i.e., Corporate Internet Banking (presently Web and going forward Mobile App). He/She will be an individual contributor and responsible for handlin
key aspects of product development during various product life cycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing offerings on Digital Banking: product strategy, product definition. Launching and commercialization of new products aligned with the Bank's strategic imperatives and communicating the same to Branch/ RM/ Sales channel.
- Responsible for project execution while ensuring robust Project & Stakeholder Management. Creating BRDs, Concept notes, Stories, Test cases, participate in RFPs, White paper etc. for products.
- Product benchmarking, Process re-engineering, taking initiative in developing products and features which are best in class.
- Reviewing the existing products, system stability controls and process to ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes.
- Carry out customer and market research to identify customer needs and the current industry landscape.
- Take self-initiatives/innovate/define products/journeys that solve for real customer issues alongside delivering innovative and exceptional customer experience.
- Implement efficient UX/UI processes by conducting usability study that helps the design team collaborate actively with Journey owners and engineers.
- Develop and manage Corporate Mobile Banking App - new features, ORM, increasing usage, maintain updated version on App stores
- Ensure adherence to Banks processes and guidelines while execution
