Distributor Platform Management:

- Oversee the management and enhancement of digital platforms tailored for distributors, focusing on ease of use and functionality.

- Ensure the platform provides comprehensive tools for fund performance tracking, client management, and sales support.

- Conduct regular market benchmarking, gap analysis, and implement features that ease and enhance distributor access to products, support, and services.

Distributor Enablement & Support:

- Develop digital tools and resources to empower distributors, including access to marketing materials, training modules, and real-time data of their portfolio.

- Implement strategies to improve adoption of digital platforms.

Sales Tools & Insights:

- Provide distributors with data-driven insights and analytics to support their sales efforts and client management.

- Implement dashboards and reporting tools that help distributors track performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Develop the design for dashboards for contests and loyalty programs and implement them.

Feature Development & Enhancement:

- Lead the continuous development of platform features based on distributor feedback and evolving business requirements.

- Prioritize enhancements that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of distributor interactions.

Integration with CRM & Support Systems:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that the distributor platform integrates seamlessly with CRM, ticketing, and support systems.

- Maintain alignment with the Lead - API & Integration to ensure data accessibility and functional integrity.
