JD-Product Manager (DES) - Top Housing Finance co.
ROLE SUMMARY
Create and design strategies for improvement in the DES business profitability and affordable mortgage through developers and brokers across Pan India. Budgeting, expense management and gathering market intelligence through strong liasoning with vendors, zonal & enabling teams. Owner of all DES business process notes and act as an enabler to implement these processes via the Regional DES teams.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
ENABLED DESIGN
Play a key role in creation of design
- Build and design marketing strategies to improve the DES (developer ecosystem) business ensuring profitability and prudent expense Management
- Owner of all relevant DES business process notes and enable implementation of these processes via the Regional DES teams
- Gather market intelligence from external agencies and guiding regional DES teams towards optimizing opportunities available in the territory/ zone to improve Affordable Mortgage business from developers and brokers.
- Prepare strategies on improvement of penetration in key projects and developers
- Design contests for Spot Awards for sales on ground
- Ensuring team optimally uses all ICICI HFC technology systems. Ensure training for these systems is provided as and when needed by the regional teams
DEMAND GENERATION
Play a key role in generating business
- Provide intelligence on broker networks to regional/zonal teams (RERA website, Broker associations, etc.)
- Launch of new variant of HL products, along with Policy Team, basis requirement from field teams
- Intelligence to field on SUD (Sanction under disbursement) - Fresh/Subsequent to each zone, basis stage updation of Technical Team
- Sharing MIS and dashboards pertaining to leads for developers to the field team
- Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of the portal/online market place for listing of developer sites and RE brokers along with the digital team
- Campaign management for paid developer arrangements thru BIU on various databases of the group, portal, etc.
FULFILLMENT PROCESS
Key role in customer need fulfillment process
- Liasoning with support groups including HCM, business intelligence unit, legal, accounts, taxation, operations, policy, call center, customer service, brand, digital and technology for ensuring that the strategies for improvement in the DES are well understood and executed
- Drive process alignment with various stakeholders for APF, Deemed APF, Subsequent disbursement
- Tie ups and processing of documentation for all fee arrangements with Developers and External Channel Partners
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
- Deliver value to internal and external stakeholders through effective portfolio management.
- Manage audit of various DES processes
- Managing fee payout and recovery process for all external Channel Partners
- Management of fee collectibles from all developers
- Tracking project wise accounts which are delinquent and guiding team for necessary actions

- Knowledge of the Mortgage products
- Part of the central product team and in his/her current role has been tracking the channel performance and productivity measures
- Strong Data management and analysis skills

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Years of experience: minimum 4 years of experience
Education Qualification: MBA is a requirement for the role (any stream)
Location: Mumbai
Preferred Industry exposure: Mortgage will be an advantage
Reporting to: National Head
