The company is doubling its revenues every six months and plans to grow its customer base by 10 times in the next three years. The founding team comprises the finest professionals with an extremely successful track record and great education pedigree (IITs, Top MBA Schools)It is operationally profitable and is backed by some of the best VC funds. On the strength of their business model and results, they have raised large funding recently even in this tough market.

Role Description :

- Own and drive end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple teams.

- Create long and short-term roadmaps, align stakeholders, and ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Help lead the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives focused on improving customer experience tools and technology.

- Lead the automation & building manpower & cost efficiency in customer experience ecosystem

- Build, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for improving and optimizing the customer experience efficiencies and cost.

Attributes we are looking for :

- Prior exposure to building infrastructure for customer experience

- Strong understanding of customer experience operations and processes, with a passion for enhancing the customer and agent experience

- Demonstrated ability to translate user (end users or internal teams) needs into product requirements and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Strong interpersonal, communication (spoken and written), and influencing skills.

- Ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to extract and analyze data from SQL-based Databases.

- A strong understanding and experience of software development principles of Databases and APIs.

- Graduation from a top-tier college is a must.

- MBA from a top-tier college is a bonus.

- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & LLM Models is a plus
