The position will be responsible for conceptualizing, incubating and executing the vision for the Cobrand and HNI Credit Card business
Overarching Product Objectives :
- Drive the agreed business plan, P&L though sales support and interventions
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver on quick time-to-market goals and product launches with optimal resources
Co-brand Products :
- Identify & execute prospective and potential partnership ideas with Institutions, Brands & entities by co-creating new Cobrand Card programs to drive growth & profitability
- Develop in an in-depth understanding of our partners' business goals to identify win-win opportunities for the partnerships
- Create customized and differentiated propositions and deliver structured pitches to prospective partners and internal stakeholders.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of partners in the internal ecosystem
- Build strong relations with leaders & managers of the partner teams
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and partnership's strategic objective
UHNI Products :
- Managing product positioning and revamp, working with stakeholders like Wealth and Privy teams on improving processes, increasing card spends and reducing program expenses
- Working with Wealth, Privy HO teams, Credit Card S&D on increasing acquisitions.
- Resolving customer issues, through various channels at disposal viz Customer Service, Wealth Privy RMs, Credit Card Prima Soul RMs
Ideal candidate should possess :
- Masters in Business Administration from Tier 1 Institutes
- 8-10 years of experience in credit cards, payments and /or managing partnerships with an understanding of the consumer Card and payment industry's challenges, a vision for its growth
- Hyper-focused on partner satisfaction, with experience in a client-facing or senior management role
- Positive, collaborative attitude, prolific communicator
- Ability to evaluate potential business opportunities, structure the team's thinking, and reach insightful answers
- Experience in managing many partnerships simultaneously while shepherding multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel
- Ambitious team player with the ability to execute partner requests and tasks in time sensitive situations
- Deep understanding of credit card P&L and underlying levers
